Osteo4Health is now offering Clinical Pilates with Dr Cecilia Graziano
Group session maximum 4 ppl to 1 instructor. Use of Pilates equipment. Customised class for each individual, no experience required for Reformer use.
1:1 Pilates is also available through-out the week please call for further information.
New Clients for Pilates must have an Initial Osteopathic appointment for assessment before starting Group Pilates classes.

Dr Cecilia Graziano (Osteopath)
Dr Cecilia Graziano (Osteopath) opened Osteo4Health in 2016 after working as an Osteopath for 7 years and also running her own Remedial massage business for 10 years prior. Dr Cecilia Graziano has been working in a multidisciplinary clinic for many years along side, osteopaths, podiatry, naturopathy, kinesiology and many other health modalities as she likes to work holistically with her approach to Osteopathy.
